What is the difference between a subscription and a story pack?
A subscription gives you 30 story credits every month at a recurring price. A story pack is a one-time purchase with credits valid for 30 days.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do unused credits carry over?
Subscription credits do not carry over. One-time pack credits are valid for 30 days and expire if unused.
How do gift packages work?
You purchase a gift, provide the recipient's email, and they receive a gift code by email. They activate it on their Dreamliy account.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy, a trusted payment provider. Dreamliy does not store your card number.
Can I get a refund?
Generated stories are non-refundable as they are digital products delivered immediately. For unused credits, see the Refund Policy.
