Welcome to Dreamliy. By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

Dreamliy is an AI-powered personalized children's story platform. Users can create stories featuring their child's name, chosen characters, and world elements. Stories can be narrated with a selected voice or a custom cloned voice. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. User Responsibilities

When using Dreamliy, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Create stories only for children (ages 2–10)
Not use the platform for purposes other than personal use
Not share your account credentials with third parties

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Dreamliy:

Violence, hate speech, or discriminatory language
Sexually explicit content
Content targeting any specific group, religion, or ethnicity
Harmful, misleading, or dangerous information for children
Use of another person's personal information without consent

Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.

4. Voice Usage and Cloning

Users may upload a voice sample to use as a story narrator. By uploading a voice recording, you confirm that:

You are the owner of the voice or have legal authorization to use it
You grant Dreamliy a non-exclusive, limited license to use this voice for story narration
The recording does not contain inappropriate content or third-party copyrighted material

Dreamliy processes voice recordings only for narration and does not share them with third parties.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Dreamliy is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access or account sharing. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact us immediately.

6. Subscription and Story Limits

Dreamliy operates on a subscription model. Each plan includes a monthly story quota. Unused stories do not carry over to the following month. Subscription fees are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy.

6a. One-Time Story Packages

Dreamliy offers one-time story packages in addition to subscriptions.

One-time story packages:

are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase,
do not auto-renew,
any unused story credits expire permanently at the end of the 30-day period and are not refundable,
cannot be transferred to another user,
cannot be converted to cash.

By completing a one-time package purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

6b. Gift Codes

Gift codes purchased on Dreamliy:

must be activated within 90 days of purchase; codes not activated within this window expire permanently and cannot be reactivated,
once activated, the package period begins immediately and cannot be paused or extended,
activated packages are valid for 30 days,
unused story credits expire at the end of the package period and are not refundable,
no refunds are issued for gift code purchases.

7. Content Rights

Stories created on Dreamliy are for personal, non-commercial use only. The AI-generated content remains the intellectual property of Dreamliy. Redistribution of stories is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. If you experience a technical error, please contact support within 7 days. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

9. Third-Party Service Providers

Dreamliy uses the following third-party services: Google Gemini (AI), ElevenLabs (voice), Supabase (database), LemonSqueezy (payments), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (background jobs), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error tracking), Cloudflare (security). Each provider is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Service Changes

Dreamliy reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Account Suspension

Dreamliy may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing the platform. Termination does not entitle users to a refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

Dreamliy is not liable for:

Content of AI-generated stories
Decisions made based on story content
Data loss resulting from technical failures
Service interruptions

The maximum liability of Dreamliy to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user in the preceding 3 months.

13. Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
